Project Features
In the pilot project, we tested several hypotheses:
  1. In companies with 500 employees, we targeted the positions of Employee Relations Specialist/Manager.
  2. In IT companies engaged in software and software development with teams of 200 or more, we tested the positions of HRD, HR, and Chief People & Culture Officer.
  3. In companies with teams of 200 or more, regardless of the industry, we targeted Event Managers and CMOs.
The hypothesis with Event Managers yielded the highest conversion rate. We are currently working on scaling this approach.
