Interviews with technology startup funders
We were approached by one of the well-known podcast authors to organize an engagement funnel for UK tech startup founders and invited to conduct a podcast interview.

We found the task interesting and agreed to gather the audience, but we didn't expect such a high level of interest.
54 interview requests in one month
If someone says that cold communication is hard - it means that you have a problem with the offer. The INTERVIEW case showed us that any audience, even a difficult one, is ready to connect if you have a cool offer.
The campaign showed excellent marketing performance, with 77% open rate and 13% reply rate.

Project Features
To make such high response rates you need to show high letter delivery rates. There were 3 components that worked well for this project:
  • The mail. A targeted, personalized letter directly to the funder from the investor funder.
  • Deliverability. We monitor the "health" of the domain and inbox on a daily basis, due to this the audience sees our inbox emails.
  • Offer. As part of the chain, we "sold" our podcast, which was a bottom-line efficiency result.
