Launching in the US: MUSEPoD's B2B Strategy for Coworking Innovators & Space Design Leaders
MUSEPoD specializes in the production and distribution of modern acoustic pods for offices — providing employees with private, quiet spaces for focused work, meetings, and video calls.

The company approached us with the goal of entering the U.S. market, with a specific focus on the northern states.

Solution: The S-Team compiled a database of 2,000 B2B contacts across relevant market segments. We then launched a pilot campaign to test several hypotheses by segmenting the audience as follows:
  • Coworking spaces — C-level executives and managers
  • Office design studios — C-level executives and managers
  • Developers, IT companies, and banks — workspace managers

Pilot Results: The strongest response came from coworking spaces and office designers:

Coworking (C-Level):
• Contact base: 311
• Open rate: 66% (206 opens)
• Replies: 16
• Positive responses: 7

Office Designers (C-Level):
• Contact base: 214
• Open rate: 44% (95 opens)
• Replies: 4
• Positive responses: 2
The pilot campaign led to 2 signed contracts, fully covering the investment in this initial phase.
