HOW TO START A STEADY STREAM OF RESPONDENTS ON CUSTDEV
Together with the projects team, we come up with hundreds of hypotheses. We work with email and with the community outreach. It's a great project with fast speed and an engaged team.
During the project, we did several pivot and location changes. We launched outreach in the US, UK, Latam, Asia, Europe.
The result of our work is thousands of people on the custdev, hundreds of thousands of people in the funnel.
Together with the integrator, we worked out hypotheses for the ideal client profile. This is a large business with more than 1000 employees and large investments in marketing. We collected a segment on Linkedin and parsed corporate mailboxes. In 2 months, 600 leads were worked out and 15 contacts were received.

DISCUSSION OF THE PROJECT
We dive into the project to understand what roles and companies we are interested in, what we can use in the content
PROJECT SETUP
In this project, we worked through a corporate domain, so in order to work, it was necessary to configure the parameters for getting emails into the inbox.
COPYWRITING
We used one main email + 3 follow-ups. In each letter we bring feedback and discussion of the project .
AUTOMATION
At the testing stage, we carried out manual mailing of messages, and then automated communication through an outreach tool.
WORKING WITH REPLIES
Our SDR received a lot of questions and our task was to get a call with the client.
ANALYTICS
As a result of the campaign with 600 leads, we received 15 interested customers.
